The phone scam stuff is even worse than it seems on the surface. The people making the calls or texts are often forced to do so in scam labor camps. Normal non-criminal people in various parts of Asia, mainly China, get lured by fake job ads for tech work. Lol that you're saying california has a higher population than China or India combined is totally nuts. If the lottery were rigged, it would be so california and Florida dont win. Sales would be better from other states if people didn't see those 2 winning all the time and the objective of the lottery is to increase sales. I don't believe the lottery is rigged so anyone in any particular place wins it, that doesn't benefit the lottery system in any way. I wouldn't be surprise
