Website still down. Took my losing tickets (didn't have the Gold ball) to the lottery machine and says see retailer. Won't scan. Past experience IMHO dictates that there was a winner. I did did not look to see how California does it Edit: I just looked at the examples on the California website and I am guessing that California does book number and ticket number while leaving off the game number. So yyyyyyyy-zzzz my guess is y is the book number and z is the ticket number. Should you win a FF5 jackpot, it's very likely that you'll share it with another player(s) located elsewhere if Florida. There are very few six figure jackpot winners listed per page on the report.
