A little fuzzy on this one. I don't get why not line E? The RNG used in the ticket machine is a different mechanism than used in NON-computerized draws. I'd only use QP when the drawings are computerized because then at least it's a similar method.

Stephi: This is just my experience, and I do not know if it happens all the time -- but on several occasions I have picked a few of my Bonus Numbers and allowed the machine to pick my bonus numbers. The funny things is on the tickets I purchased (five lines per ticket) -- the machine picked ended up matching my picks. For example (real life) I bought a five line ticket and picked the number 17 and the number 21 as my bonus number. The other three lines were to be machine picked numbers

Works best when you play a different number in each position in a 6/49. Machine will not take your ticket if you try to play 25 in all positions. Be sure you have 6 different numbers on each line, m'kay?

The spinning wheel with 15 slots used to select the Power Pllay number obviously has nothing to do with the Powerball draw machine. As stated in Powerball Statistical Analysis, the Powerball payout is 50%, while the payout for Power Play is lower at 48.5%. Instead of spending an extra dollar for Power Play, one is better off saving the money or using it to buy an extra Powerball ticket, especially when the cash jackpot is at least $40 million.

Dear Fellow members,Looking for thoughts from anyone on the following....I have many different ways to pick numbers for the different lotteries....it seems alot of times you hear that the winning ticket was chosen as an Easy Pick....Are the chances of Easy Pick from the lottery machine better than other methods, such as the many different random number generators for the lottery that are available?
