rtpas 11,When you are sure or unsure wether you have a winning ticket for any lottery game take it with you to your lottery retailer and they will run it thru the lottery machine and if the ticket has any winning combinations in it it will show any payouts you may be entitled to.John

Yes Tiger, I saw that but I am so broke. So I went to Resort World Casino and played my favorite $1 wheel of fortune game and hit the two 7's with a double symbol on the line, I got $640. Boy was I glad! The machine automatically spits out the ticket so I cannot play off it and so I took it to the big machine that changes the ticket and it said go to the cashier. I did the Fireball video thing for a Pick 3 coupon but was never able to get the coupon to work. I e-mailed the Virginia Lottery and they actually responded and sent me a coupon for a Pick 4 Fireball ticket. I didn't get to choose a number or anything, the ticket just came pouring out of the machine after I scanned the UPC code. So now I have a Pick 4 ticket for 1672 ANY with a Fireball for tonight's draw. Go 1672!!! LOL.

My 1936 didn't make it home! I heard the machine make a beep sound like when a ticket is sold out. But my money matches my tickets Ugh. Oh Well ...aint going back up there!!

Oh no Aunt Bea! I played 358 in the pick 3 and the machine cut off right before it ran the ticket! So I played it but did not win it! Happy Winning if playing tonight all you can do is laugh.....

If I ever play a STR, it's always backed up by a box. But on the Georgia play slips, if you're in a hurry or whatever and forget to mark either STR, STR-BOX or BOX, the machine prints the ticket STR by default. I usually catch and correct that before I leave the store when it happens, but a few times I got home and found out I had a STR in the stack not backed up by a box. That makes me nervous!

They play illegal in there too so the one that does know was dealing with that. I had some numbers written out on cards so I told him put those in the machine, he could not even do that. I was getting so frustrated and time was counting down plus the store was now having a crowd of people wanting to play. I called a few but now I look at the ticket and instead of giving me for evening as well they are for midday.

there might be a small payout there but to confirm any payoff have the ticket scanned by the machine and always remember to buy your tickets in increments of .50 cents. It could save you in taxes.

The NYL gives an agent a lottery machine, bet slips etc etc etc and the agent is required to pay out up to $600 dollars on any winning ticket, if over $600 the winner must go to their local Lottery HQ's which is Schenectady up my way. The agent can tell you to come back later in the day to cash your ticket that is fine. No agent can post a sign saying it can only cash a $20 winner that is BS. Any player can call 518 388-3300 to turn in an agent who is not paying out a winning ticket. The NYL has
