Wit and Wisdom of old lottery players...
Thank you rundown99 for bringing things back to the topic with a good point. Gail Howard never won the lottery. She made her money off her books. She never guaranteed her system would win but proposed it as a systematic, smart way to play with the possibility of a win. I agree she sold a dream. Selling Hopes and Dreams are big business. Always have been. G

How to deal with the random factor of lotteries?
Every state lottery say their drawings are random so any patterns we think we see are random patterns. Guessing results like mostly even or mostly high are random guesses. Playing wheels using less than all the 70 MM numbers or less than all 20 digits in a pick 2 drawing are wheels with random digits and numbers. And most big jackpot games winning tickets are random QPs. Using all the numbers or all the digits on wheels or other similar methods is an option for dealing with the random drawi

Would you "bless" the deli?
Not sure about sharing a jackpot with other people who just happen to be at the place you bought the ticket, and a lot of people tell clerks I'll cut you in if I win but what about playing a (duplicate set of numbers) ticker for the clerk beforehand? I did that once for a clerk in a gas station in Indiana, we both won $110 and I'm guessing he was happier to have $110 in his hand as opposed to a big far Maybe or If I win The jackpot was really pimped up for that drawing and I thought no on

what is the very first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
Agree for sure Garyo, There's no guarantee buying more lottery tickets will win you anything. If I won say up to $1 mil I wouldn't buy like 1,000-2,000 extra tickets every draw banking on a win. I'd buy maybe 20 - 30 extra tickets max . The odds to win the big one never change. You could go broke a lot sooner than you expected otherwise.

If the Lottery was Honest
Who doesn't know playing the lottery is a suckers bet? Everything Roger said is true, but I play anyway. Do I hope to win big? Absolutely! Do I expect to win? Nope. I play for the entertainment value, and oh yeah, occasionally I win 20 bucks. And I can definitely afford to spend a lot more money on tickets than I do, but I refuse do that. For me it boils down to a having a little fun, and then of course there's this - If I aint in it, I sure as Hell cant win it! G5 PS My wife drink

My math = 5,000% increased odds of winning a million or more
Stat$talker - I'm simply asking questions about what this could be worth to people. I'm not offering a get rick quick scheme or miracle solution . I am simply saying I figured out an edge that increases the chance of winning by a big percentage. It doesn't mean I (or you) will win, but if I'm going to put $x toward the lottery, wouldn't it be smarter to play with better odds? You can disregard if you're not interested.

The $29.95 Non-Believerz
It doesn't matter if they don't believe you. Do your own thing. Its gambling. Win or lose regardless. It's a waste of time to argue with these petty people who's only agenda is to ridicule you. You could use the time to hone your craft. From my time on this site Ive dealt with some good people and some I cant stand. Some of the negative people are miserable and vent their attitudes on members of this site. Keep working on your methods and someday you may hit big. Good luck!
