Good point about the option to not play at all and switch to the state lottery, I didn't think of that. But on the other hand I've always felt it's worth a buck to play the big jackpot games no matter what the odds are or how low the jackpot is. Oh no Lex, I play around $10 worth of the Take 5 as well everyday (same amount of work). Intersting thing is, usually I have small win in either game that offsets my average $20 a day expenditure. For example, on Saturday (typical day) I totaly wiped out on the Pick 10...but got a 3 of 5 win in Take 5 (paid $19.50). 50 cent loss overall. Hope I'm posting in the correct area! LOL And some didn't think it would happen! Our Mega Millions has jumped from $170m to $207m! I was hoping it would break the $200m mark and it did! I didn't win anything...gee big suprise. Hope some of you had better luck in grabbing up some loot! Winning Numbers: 11,12,26,31,33---27 I thought for sure someone had won it with these numbers. Anybody that plays the lottery EXPECTING to win needs psychiatric help. IMO, the 'only' way to play this game is to call it a 'sport', know your limits, and play within them. New here to the site and my first post is just whining lol. In recent weeks I've been playing the hoosier lotto just because the jackpot is big now. otherwise I wouldn't mess with it. On the last drawing I matched 4/6. When I saw this I thought Hey that's gotta be pretty decent win I have here. So I check the their website to see how many weeks of groceries it will cover. wooooooow! 40 washingtons! disgusting. also kinda funny that the pick 3 has better odds but a $500 payout.
