I have the book and enjoy reading it. It brings the Law of Attraction into perspective. I would also recommend The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne. It's a Very Inspirational read. I also have it on audio. I have recommended the book to people that needed to be uplifted. It has changed their Life.

Please read The Power of Habit for a book. Listen to it audio, if you are not much on reading. It could help. Something has you triggered. And it s not the TV,cable or Internet fix or take away. Punish is a strong word and strong word to use on yourself.

It sounds like he may have thought he disguised himself well enough to be unrecognizable. IIRC at least one of the witnesses didn't recognize him until he spoke. I would not be in fear of losing friends or family either, but I also don't have anyone else to really worry about. I don't have kids so its easy for me to say. Family to me is just my mom as of now. I haven't really talked to anyone else as they have their own life and such. A lot of stuff about rng's can be found on this site and the web http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Random_number_generation in computers some of them use white a noise generator http://www.random.org/audio-noise/ And there are also lots of different ways to generat rng's
