You are right, its not the Thomson Chart that I need to look into for, for answers. Heres what I do know from my research, Firstly, what I am searching for is a method of calculation that can answer why the numbers come out the way they do for the top and bottom based on the base number that is placed in the middle. So, I think this supports my theory, they using the same seed for all drawings. The problem is to know which seed. But they were to use the same seed multiple days, that could yield similar results. Seed being the base number used as a beginning point for the RNG. It is interesting. I will continue my research.
