I refuse to play that new series and from the stories I go to all I hear is complaints about the lack of winning tickets on that series.

It's possible that if the store that cashed the ticket had similar issues or complaints, the security office could run a sting operation on them to see if they will cash clearly forged tickets or tickets on electronic devices (which is likely a violation of their lotto vendor license). If that's the case, the security office will be tight-lipped about providing any information until that is complete.

I'm sorry to hear about Jim as well. At least today went well for me. This is the first time I've won $500 or $200 from the $10M Florida Fortune game. No complaints here.

Thanks for the response I appreciate the information. I've learned a lot from reading the posts on here. Have to say it makes me NOT want to play though with the FL lottery being so corrupt. I've sent a couple of complaints to the Inspector General about corrupt practices and while they respond to my complaint they never provide an explanation or any type of resolution.

they say it didnt sell well and that they had many complaints of the tickets being hard to scratch, so that they are going to come out with a updated version of the game soon

They answered me back a month after I wrote them two emails complaining but I am glad they eventually responded. I know they probably get a lot of complaints but there's a lot he is doing wrong. I believe it may be just to pacify me into thinking they'll do something. I don't think his first name is a real one but his last name is Patel (his first is a common name, like Dave or John for example.) I hope you are right though.

Hey James - I went back to Publix early this morning and bought the rest of the roll. Got 3 more $100's plus a bunch of smaller wins and wound up with a profit of $320 !! It was like you said - a hot roll and thought I might hit a single bigger win. But I have no complaints.
