Jason Kurland...JERK! :(
Just have one question. Who needs a lawyer after they win lottery money? If there's a dispute between multiple winners I can see that but a single jackpot winner? Just put it in the bank and make a will. Also, hire a food taster when your ex-wife cooks a meal for you.

If and when you hit it are you telling anyone in the Forum or..
I didn't dispute the 160,000+ figure. What I don't believe is that all those are real members. I suspect that those are just accounts. If you look carefully at their profiles, most of them last logged in June 21, 2011. Unless something very special happened on that day that made them all log in and out, I'd say they're not members but accounts.

Can he/she sue me?
For the most part, the lottery's rules are completely irrelevant to any contract that players may have about splitting the proceeds. The only significance of the ticket being a bearer instrument is that proving ownership may be difficult if there's a dispute. If there's a legitimate contract about how to share any proceeds, it will be proving the details of the contract that matters. In the example from the original (and apparently paranoid) poster, I'd say the only requirement of the contract w

To those that have scammed, sinned, lied to play the lottery...
Meant to include LP members since this is whom the alarm was meant for. And I'm sure this is all done with the noblest of intentions. But it's time to let this one go. The two parties involved should hash out their dispute behind closed doors. Holding on to anger too long will make you physically sick. Everyone, let it go.

To those that have scammed, sinned, lied to play the lottery...
I agree with you TheTruth. What happened is between the two people involved in the dispute. Besides from what I've seen in various post, some of the same people taking sides need to take a look at themselves. But I understand how and why people want to support their friends. Or is it LP they are looking out for. Mixed bag of nuts.

Lottery Spells on Ebay
This is a scam. One interesting thing some of these sellers do is to make the "guarantee" 90 days or so, because when it doesn't work after 90 days you can no longer leave negative feedback on ebay and it makes it more difficult to collect a refund. If you have already purchased one of these spells (hopefully you paid by credit card through PayPal), demand a refund. If the seller resists a refund within 3 days, dispute the charge through PayPal and tell the seller you are going to post negati

SHTH sets a new Lotterypost record!?!
I haven't purchased a single lottery ticket in 43 draws (21½ weeks)!!!Is this a Lotterypost record? If you wish to dispute my Title, the criteria for eligibility: 1) Ticket buying sabbatical must have been since you started playing the lotto semi-seriously 2) Sorry it doesn t count if you were incarcerated, posted abroad on military duty, banned by the missus etc etc 3) it doesn t count if your work syndicate or anyone else bought tickets on your behalf. SHTH.
