Do some number combinations have better odds?
_I've been told if I download a free copy of DOSBox I could run them on my laptop with Windows7. DOSBox is an excellent Emulator for running older DOS Programs. Download DOSBox and install the emulator. Create a folder in C: named DOS for example and keep inside that folder all the old DOS Programs you had/have and you want to use. Run DOSBox and type MOUNT C: C:\DOS to mount the directory DOS which contain your programs. Type C: then DIR and choose which program/s you'd like to run

Lottery Director Professional Software The Ending
Just before your post, BobP posted and said that Lottery Director is NOT a DOS program, that IT IS a Windows program that looks and feels like a DOS program, so then using DOSBox with it, would not work as DOSBox can't run Windows programs.

New Software For Gail Howard Advantage Plus Users!!
This was copied directly from Gail's site under FAQ's : Q 414: How can I get the programs to run in 64-bit XP, Vista, or 7? A: Our current software will only run on 32-bit versions of Windows (with the exception of the new FFWG and FWGP programs). There is no compatibility with WinXP-64, Vista-64, or Windows 7-64, with the exception of Windows 7 Pro running in 32-bit XP mode. Smart Luck
If you still have your old system then copy the software to a thumbdrive and run it on your old system. I'll have to go check out Windows 7. If I find a way to access and use the software I'll let you know. I went to Gail's site and found this question and answer. I hope this can be of some service to those of you with Windows 7. I've had no problems running my software in XP or Vista. I just open the Gail Howard directory, click on the Gail icon and poof I'm up and running my software.

Mathematics and the Lottery
Give DOSBOX a try. It will allow you to continue using most of your familiar DOS environment, even GWBASIC. If it seems to run too slow, check out the cycles=nnnnn command. And you can seamlessly use Windows tools, like Notepad, Excel, etc. accessing your output files from DOSBOX. So no worries about emailing or posting your results. Click here for more info...

Lottery Director Professional Software The Ending
Hi, I run old 16bits progs on my Windows Vista 32 bits. I use DosBox 0.74 to do it. Just download this free app. You then open your app from it or just drop your app on DoxBox icon. Now, there is probably a DosBox or or other for 64 bits systems. Bob790

Lottery Tracker And Wheeler
If it is a DOS program that uses full-screen, the answer is no. You might be able to get it to work in DOSbox with Vista.
