He also fails the reasonable person test. I think others are correct here. He saw the early posted numbers with the missing pb number and went out and bought 26 tickets with each pb number. You did the correct thing! I never refuse a ticket printed in error. I'd have paid the 20 bucks too. Maybe the Advance Play box for two drawings had something in it (it was dirty) that the machine interpreted as the box being checked? I dunno...just a wild guess. Yes, ty, your blog was most helpful :) The version you have most recently re-posted is the one I am running, and I am using G to launch the game manager. It appears to work, it creates a new file in the GAMES directory, and a couple of the lexi files. I edit the name to be consistent with the requirements, in my case a Washington 6/49 becomes WA6490.TXT.
