It really makes you wonder if it was a mistake or if someone at the lottery didn't like the winner for some reason and did it maliciously and deliberately. Regardless it's California so the responsible parties probably won't get fired and may just get a promotion and a raise.

I took exception to Tucker Black's speculation about me wasting gas because he couldn't possibly know my daily routine, coupled with the fact that those other two county's are in very close proximity to my house. Because he's in Colorado and I'm in Florida he's forced into the realm of speculation.
