It isn't just the switching over to RNG either. All the tweeking over the years make the games less attractive. Take here in Illinois for example, 7-8 years ago you could buy a lotto ticket for a buck and get two lines in play. Rollovers for each drawing were around 250k, sometimes even 500k.
