the reason the indiana lottery never has any winners is because what they are doing is they are using computerized drawings and having the computer scan for any numbers that are not bet on that day and then that becomes the daily number and the state has to pay out less money and before you know it they got a huge amount of money built up due to this process.the payouts are so low the state of south carolina is about the same size and population,why do they have hundreds more winners everyday da

on may 16,2005 a combined total of over 300 people won straight on pick 3 in south carolina and in indiana only 7 people combined won straight on the pick 3,south carolina has two million less people,do you think south carolina players are more lucky? do you think indiana is rigged? or do you think less people play in indiana...by the way this happens nearly every day on a consistent basis...

indiana vs. tennessee payouts
indiana has 6 million or more people while tennessee has over 5 and a half million people yet indiana pays out on average 6 to 8 thousand dollars a day on pick three,while tennessee regularly pays on average 80 to 90 thousand dollars on pick three a day,hmmmm,thats a mighty big difference!!! if that don't start making you think i don't know what will....one more thing indiana is computerized and tennessee has balls!
