There was a story here around 2010 of heirs receiving money from a Saginaw Valley Michigan Lumber Barron. He left his money with a fudiciary with instructions to pay it to descendants 150 years after his death (or something like that) Problem solved! If they live to 180 without getting caught then they get the money! If I remember correctly some of the heirs only got $2,000,000 or so dollars each when it was disbursed and nobody who got the inheritance ever knew the guy.
