Maybe Tipton was up to his shenanigans again. I too thought the #'s were transposed electronically, not electrically (lol). On our lottery website it says not responsible for posting wrong numbers. Like I wrote to Todd Kate our lottery machines grey out on all draw games from 0200-0500 so you may not play or check #'s. Perhaps someone from Iowa could elaborate on this?

Be interested to see Todd Kate's response to NY Times article that Iowa post wrong Powerball results---human error. Suspicious to me that some folks were able to 'cash in' amounts up $200 on the wrong #'s in the wee hours of the morning. That doesn't sit well with me. If they were posted incorrectly then someone entered the wrong #'s in the system. There should be electronic safeguards. Give me a break, folks cashing in the wee hours of the morning.
