It's sort of a gray legal area, probably best not to do on LP.

CAN WE CREATE A LEGAL POWERBALL POOL HERE TODD??
I was just thinking about that when the jackpot got big again. Can we make a legal Powerball Pool here for LP members. I want to pick the numbers and let them run. I am betting I can hit the 5 white balls but that extra powerball number will create another field just by itself.

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
Do you really believe someone was taken in for questioning by they police after a store clerk called 911 on them saying they were suspicious because they never seen anyone come into their shop buying so many tickets at once ? In a heartbeat, depending on what somebody's claim that they were taken in for questioning actually means. Cops are largely just another revenue source, frequently seizing cash from people simply because they can, in addition to writing traffic tickets. The clerk is obv

Though we have several pretending they are, I'm not sure that anyone here could prove they have a license to practice law and give sound legal advice for every state and provincial lottery jurisdiction. Posters can research laws in states where they don't live in or purchase lottery tickets from, but I'd check with a real lawyer before taking any Online legal advice. Large prize lottery winners will have to make many decisions their new found wealth and how they claim their winnings is the most

lottery groups
Well, that's debatable. Personally, I don't believe the best way to get into any lottery drawing is with a group. The draw of the lottery, especially a game like Powerball, is winning a massive pile of life-changing cash. Getting into a group with perhaps dozens of others takes away the risk/reward ratio that Powerball offers. Really, if I wanted to have better odds of winning a smaller prize (think less than $5 million), I would play my in-state Cash 5 game. I don't need to worry about the

Arrested for buy too many Lottery tickets?
I did report it to the FL Lottery via legal representation. We got an apology for the incident. The store clerk was at fault. I can spend however amont of $$$ on the game of my choice. But I'll never go back to the store where I was arrested.

Should You Hire a Money Pro if You Win Millions?
LOL why are you demanding links for VA and FL legal issues when you live in Missouri? The only things you need to know are what the law requires in Missouri. It'll be hard for you to have a wonderful life if people on the internet can perturb you so easily by sharing mundane facts, such as, different states have different laws regarding the creation of trusts. Someone with dude in their username ought to be more chill.

I don't think he even read what he posted. I hate to see lp members misled with his false and inaccurate legal information. But he does not even understand the difference between fed and state law so that sources his sauce.
