I was just thinking about that when the jackpot got big again. Can we make a legal Powerball Pool here for LP members. I want to pick the numbers and let them run. I am betting I can hit the 5 white balls but that extra powerball number will create another field just by itself.

Well, that's debatable. Personally, I don't believe the best way to get into any lottery drawing is with a group. The draw of the lottery, especially a game like Powerball, is winning a massive pile of life-changing cash. Getting into a group with perhaps dozens of others takes away the risk/reward ratio that Powerball offers. I did report it to the FL Lottery via legal representation. We got an apology for the incident. The store clerk was at fault. I can spend however amont of $$$ on the game of my choice. But I'll never go back to the store where I was arrested.

LOL why are you demanding links for VA and FL legal issues when you live in Missouri? The only things you need to know are what the law requires in Missouri.
