Yeah I get what your saying but I still think it's disgusting as hell. Yeah it's legal because the state gets the profit and the state makes the laws. It's the nature of the beast. TX lottery makes over 8 bill in total sales. As long as people keep spending, the prices you pay will keep going up. It's a side of the current economic situation that people don't like to talk about. Hence, the moves by the gov. And then there's also the psychology of today. Many have very little savings, spend more than they have, and don't care either. Hence, a $100 scratcher. Exploitation perhaps? But it's legal. It's entertainment, a luxury, not a necessity. Yo
