I'm in baltimore county. They seem horrible lately. I was wondering if it was just me. I'd spend 50-100 buying tickets. And I would get half what I spent back or a little less. Now it's nothing or like 15 bucks if I'm lucky. I can scratch5 6 7 tickets in a row and nothing. I'm thinking there printing less winners on the rolls. I should just save and buy whole rolls.And see.

She is indeed. Lucky too. Every time she plays, she walks away with a Payday. Or sometimes a Snickers. :)
