...but then again, we are talking about the lottery here, where like Tom Petty said, Baby, even the losers, get lucky sometimes. In the lottery, sometimes losers win. But i'll say this... Winners win a whole lot more than losers, but occasionally, the losers get lucky and win.

I'm in baltimore county. They seem horrible lately. I was wondering if it was just me. I'd spend 50-100 buying tickets. And I would get half what I spent back or a little less. Now it's nothing or like 15 bucks if I'm lucky. I can scratch5 6 7 tickets in a row and nothing. I'm thinking there printing less winners on the rolls. I should just save and buy whole rolls.And see.
