Texas Lottery Director joins Lottery Industry Hall of FameReply
Many of the members of this hall of fame are lottery directors and very obvious one of the Texas Lottery directors should be part of it. Sort of odd chairman of the Texas Lottery Commission was overlooked, but Jaymin Patel, President and CEO of GTech was inducted three years ago. However it is the lottery industry hall of fame so don't be surprised if the inventor of Monopoly Millionaires' Club is inducted next year.

Lotto Max in Canada utilizes a top prize pari-mutuel structure paid in cash. So I am thinking that the U.S. version will do the same, especially with ticket price and such a low jackpot cap (if they follow habit, it won't be though ). I haven't even seen the final matrix yet, just know that there will be 10 prize levels and all the specifics I mentioned earlier. Should know more within the next couple weeks or so. I am on the worst trend of losing in 2 years with Florida scratchers Friday I bought 2 Millionaires Club $20 each, 1 Billion Blockbuster $20 and 1 $20 Monopoly. All losers. I only play the best odds scratchers and still get burned.
