WhoaMama, That is exactly what I'm saying in response to your statement. The staff of the MUSL have the capabilities to pick the numbers for each drawing and choose which state to win despite the software and secured lottery equipment used is supposedly be random number generated . The new lottery equipment is designed to have fair integrity of the Powerball and Mega Millions games after the Eddie Tipton conspiracy. Keep in mind the MUSL staff and their family members can't play the lottery

How would they pay the WRONG numbers? So they are saying a human ENTERS the winning numbers into their system, which would then explain how they paid the wrong numbers. I guess I thought MUSL would send each state systems the numbers electrically so their system would not be able to pay the wrong numbers.

If the cash:annuity ratio stayed the same it would be $628.9 million cash. If it's really $6 0 8.9 that's a pretty big change in interest rates, and a fairly big coincidence that the difference is an even $20.0 million.
