MUSL could create a jackpot game with a roll back to the secondary prizes feature that triggers when jackpots reach an agreed on amount and nobody wins. The problem with doing that is there is a huge discrepancy in how much each state contributes to the top prize so the payoffs would vary in from state to state. Maybe instead of griping here, you should contact MUSL and insist they give everyone who played PB on the 7th get a free ticket. You probably haven't thought through how that would be accomplished, what with verifying who actually played and who is lying about playing, and how a retailer would go about printing free tickets. For ex: when a player wins a free ticket from a ticket they purchased, the free ticket will indicate that. Anyway, good luck with that.

My only hope is that a Judge never expunges his record/conviction. Convicted felon should stay with him until he is looking @ the roots of the Daisies. Hope he still has to pay restitution. IMHO this release and parole is a slap in the face of the Judicial system. Don't foresee MUSL (LOL) ever hiring him again and no reputable firm will either.

Congrats to the winner/winners. I am done with it all now. It's not rigged, but it sure as hell feels like it. Plus MUSL refuses to raise the starting jackpot back to $40 million. Kind of a slap to the true player. The deal was $2.00 increase. bigger jackpots and bigger starting jackpots. Time to put my money elsewhere.
