Pick 5 With Fireball Florida
I bought a pick 5 ticket with fireball on April 4 evening drawing my numbers were 11111 and the fireball drawn that evening was 1. Which would be a winning ticket with fireball. I took it to district office they said it was not a winner. But I am fighting it because all lottery retailer recognized it as a winner with fireball even the lottery field reps recognized it as. Winning ticket. I have gotten news station and an attorney. If you read the case law on all the law suits against Florida lott

CA SuperLotto slow-build 6 months
But what about that makes it illegal you are still getting the tickets from a retailer of sorts and I can make the same point as @think Regardless of all that and even tho the sales are up by quite a bit the jackpot keeps growing 1M at a time and I have actually just out of curiosity called the lottery and asked and they couldn't give me an answer as to why this is. This game is exhausting

Has a large jackpot winning ticket ever been sold
Not surprised that a large jackpot winner was sold in a Publix located in Florida. Seems to me like there is a Publix on every corner in Florida with new ones being built everywhere. Publix is the largest lottery retailer in the state, and Florida has the 3rd biggest population in The USA. G5

Lawyer Reccomends NOT To Sign Ticket??
For me it depends on the amount you're comfortable claiming under your own name. I got sneak peak on the Winners Retailer Information for the last $1.580 billion mega-millions winner from Atlantic Beach. Don't ask me how. That prize was claimed by an individual in Atlantic Beach, FL. The named is register to an ER Physician with the zip code. The rich keep getting richer as they say. But he claimed that monstrous prize in his own name. If I wanted to claim as a Trust to maintain anonymous I

No More Self Pick Play Slips Accepted
It's hard, if not impossible, to cancel tickets in Michigan because about 20 years ago cashiers in metro Detroit were printing the tickets and then cancelling them and pocketing the money for themselves. This happened to me and I found out about it because I never got paid on a $5 win back then. At the time I did not understand why the store wasn't cashing my ticket and found out way later that I had been scammed. I believe I won a prize on a Lucky Lines ticket up here and the cashier scanne

No More Self Pick Play Slips Accepted
One other point I'd like to make.... Each state has it's own data processing network/system for their lottery's. Is the problem you've seen unique to Minnesota? Do you know if it's happening in other states too? The situation described in an above post about a store in Louisiana could be a time saving policy adopted locally by the retailer. Although most states networks are connected to both PowerBall and MegaMillions, each state has it's own network of computers and terminals. I'm in Fl

Florida Statute 24.1051
On May 25, 2022 Florida Governor DeSantis signed a bill into law that allowed Florida Lottery prize winners of $250,000 or more to remain anonymous for 90 days after the date they claimed their prize. After that bill was signed by The Governor it became FS 24.1051. However large prize winners in Florida might be able to remain anonymous for much longer than 90 days provided they know how to make that happen. The winner can hire a lawyer to draft documents creating an entity such as a tru
