Let's give up the rigged lottery theories...it just ain't so and if it was, the game would lose all credibility and participation immediately and totally....how can that possibly help the state riggers ? Do you really think that you would find out about it if a certain lottery was rigged? What makes you think that you would find out about it? For the VA pick 3 yet another double the most doubled in 20 day period I bet in 20yrs because rigged. On lotterypost front page a woman denied her jackpot because of slot malfunction yeah right rigged. That is why i wont be playing for years anymore many should consider.

People still played Hot Lotto after it was thought to be rigged and played the PA pick-3 after they knew a drawing was rigged. Many players won the night the PA pick-3 game was rigged and probably hoped it would be rigged again. The question of can and/or are they rigged is on another thread.
