I doubt online sales will solve the problem of forgotten leading to expired tickets. I have read that some people play online have gotten emails from lottery HQ, telling them that they won but they thought the email was a scam. Also too, there are people that do not bother to check their emails either. There is no guaranteed way to stop the now epidemic of expired lottery tickets.

He won't prevail. Can you imagine if he did and you had hundreds of thousands of people monitoring lottery websites for temporary errors? Non official lottery related sites like LP could be brought in as well. Not happening. Just a petty crook. He definitely thought through several levels of the scam but not far enough. And why did his friend allegedly advise to take a photo of the numbers??? We all would be checking various websites or online scanning. Who takes photos of websites unles
