The current balance displayed was not related to a machine payout or machine jackpot. Part of the balance that displays when you check your card balance (like she did) are for promotional SLOT credits and can not be redeemed for cash. That is right Casinos arre coming to Ohio, they will be at Northfield Horse Racing Track, and Thistledown Horse Racing Track. I am not much of a Casino person though, I did win $400.00 a few months ago. What I do is go to a a Slot machine that is hot. I might even play a machine right where the person hit or next to it! You didn't have my choice up so I said slots.I only play Price is Right video slot!!This machine hits like crazy!! Lotto Czar,Some comments for you.By the end of January I stop playing X-mas tickets. The reason? Lots are given as gifts to people who don't play the lottery on a regular bases. They overlook lots of winners and throw them away. A perfect example is my girlfriend. She only plays the lottery when Powerball gets above $100 million, and only then if I remind her. The KY race tracks have simulcast off track betting and some of them added slot machines and many of those machines are almost exactly the same as the slot machines in most casinos in other states. The only difference is the KY machines must have a horse racing theme, probably because of Kentucky state gambling laws. Never been to Derby City Gaming, but according to their web site, those slots are like the ones at The Red Mile and the other seven slot machine casinos located in Kentucky. IMO

So I stopped at one of my places this AM and had the gal pull the last 5 of a $20 Mop'poly book (#s 25 - 29), and also nabbed the last ticket (#29] in one of the $20 Luck slots that were there, and then drew 2 $10 WFL out of the Lotto machine (#s 22 and 23)...plan to scratch them over the weekend

Cool story.. Im no computer programming expert but I don't think it would be too hard to program a slot to withhold the jackpot until the casino is ready.. Does anybody know the probability of winning a jackpot on a slot machine? Are there probabilities with slot machines? I've played certain slots for entertainment but usually stay away from them when I take trips to the casino.. I've noticed the prizes are larger when you wager more..
