Just saw a video showing Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper catching the football with both feet clearly in bounds yet a referee 10 feet away watching the play, called it no catch because his feet were out. Maybe legally betting on sports isn't a good idea.

1961 Federal law which IMHO is long outdated prohibits this. That being said Sports Betting seems to be opening up a bit, so maybe the lotteries will be next. Have yet to find a lobbyist organization for lotteries though.
