In my opinion, Pennsylvania has consistently delivered an excellent raffle structure for the longest of any lottery in the USA. I really like the weekly early bird drawings that deliver really good prizes, and the main drawing offers a nice spread of cash prizes. Tickets go on sale next week, so I'll be starting my weekly ticket buy. I am frankly mystified as to why New Jersey doesn't offer a raffle every year. I was told it was GA. It happened for a while but then it stopped I just recently starting playing PICk 3 in March and there hasn't been much a GA/VA connection. Recently there have been numbers occurring in both. Maybe it is starting up again. When I first starting doing this back in March of this year, I did it because I was bored. I have a creative mind that needs to be fueled with stimulation and imagination. For years, off and on, I have tinkered with trying to understand the Pick 3 system. I've always believed there's more to it than meets the eye. That's a good question, TheBiz!. This was just a random stranger I encountered at a lottery machine. Some players are very secretive about their workups, so I didn't press for more info, just listened to what she had to say. FYI, the only other thing she said was that she is also expecting 7777 in the Pick 4. Is there a relationship between the numbers drawn in consecutive contests? One would hope, but the near uniform distribution of any history file begs to differ. Is the probability of a number being drawn affected by its output frequency? Having researched this area specifically, the Markov probability advantage of more frequent numbers is so small it is statistically irrelevant.
