Saints and Sinners among the Winners
The UK National Lottery has been dogged by controversy as the game of chance has thrown up some seemingly less-than-worthy winners over the years.Of more than 1,600 lottery millionaires, a handful have gained added notoriety through their dubious activities. The latest is rapist Iorworth Hoare, 52, who scooped 7 million in last Saturdays Lotto Extra while on temporary release from prison. However, lottery winner Michael Carrolls persistent offending has also been widely reported in recent months.

Syndicates
I think that playing in a syndicate gives more chances to win. I've read somewhere that 1/3 of all Jackpot winners in UK national lottery were syndicates.I think the only problem with them is a management. Just to be sure you get your money.Maybe the best way is a syndicate covered by third party company.

WV house bill 4505... anonymously claiming jackpots
They should look at the UK National Lottery, it is the most successful lottery in the world. It raises billions of pounds for projects across the UK, all prizes are tax-free and winners have the right to remain anonymous.
