Like many other ordinary people Miss Surtees, a divorced mother-of-five, was feeling the pinch and worrying how she was going to pay her 163 phone bill when the numbers she has faithfully been using for 14 years to play the National Lottery finally came up. Anyone else thinking of Euromillions?
Fraserm, I can't find the same site. However, another says that anyone can play, above 18, but would have to go the country where you bought the ticket. In that case, unless I can substantiate my earlier statement, I think I owe Todd an apology for getting defensive.
