I don't see how without having an address in the UK or Isle of Man plus a debit card tied to a British bank in the UK. At least at the www.national-lottery.co.uk (the official site). I did however get an international bank account and a Visa issued by that non-US bank. But it's not a british bank. Plus any orders I make would have to be in Canada to avoid the third-world corruption of WA state.

for the euromillion draws you can check directly by going to the national-lottery.co.uk(english.... prize in pound) or fdjeux.com(french only....prize in euro) for the result and jackpot prize......depending on which country you check, you just have to do a currency conversion to get the prize money in dollars. peace
