A man who won 9.7m on the National Lottery has been jailed for five months for breaching a court order. Magistrates in Swaffham, Norfolk, told Michael Carroll, 21, he had failed to comply with a drugs treatment and testing order. Carroll was told to complete the order in March after he admitted possessing cocaine worth 1,500. He admitted breaching the order last month. Thanks for the responses - Glad to be onboard. The proposed rules/filters are presented for discussion. RJOh, So I assume you have not signed the petition to eliminate computerised draws!. The main point to note is that there are plenty of never do rules , but few which have had extensive statistical back testing as presented by the authors of the book.
