In some of them yes. For Texas I filled that info online then it generates an email with a barcode. Am not concerned about such info, it's already all out in the dark web for 50 cents. Over the years I have received emails from banks, insurance providers, cellular providers, third party vendors for online banking etc about hackings on their sites and information being stolen.
