Question about the "Cash" or "Annuity" Option
I noticed on the redesigned New Jersey lottery web-site that they are no longer posting the amount for the Cash option and the Annuity for the Pick-6 lotto, Megamillions or Powerball. They are only posting the Annuity amounts. I hope they decide to put the information back once they are finished with the web-site. But anyway, that's kind of an aside from my question... Is it true that if you select Annuity on a bet slip for Powerball and Megamillions, that you can change your mind if you win

What's with NY Sweet Million??
I just read on a web-site that lotteries say pick your own and QP's win 50/50, but 80% of players use QP's and win 50% of the time, but only 20% pick their own numbers and win 50% of the time, so the odds of winning are really much better if you pick your own numbers, so I will stop buying QP's all the time and pick some of my own numbers (as I used to do), like some posters here have told me to do!

What's with NY Sweet Million??
I agree with everything you posted. My niece won some college money from a New York Lottery scholarship fund a few years ago. The New York Lottery web-sitet gives dollar amounts on how much went to scholarships for NY students, but I don't know if the rest of the money is accounted for on the web-site.

Jack Whitaker, worse than you thought.
Something a person finds on Chinese Welfare Lottery site stands a middling good chance of having absolutely no relationship with what we normally think of as reality. No point in wasting the time to read it unless you're just a Jack Whittaker junkie and prefer to believe anything you read on the web.Jack

What's with NY Sweet Million??
I had my eye on number 38, but then decided not to play it because it hadn't come out in so long, I should have listened to my first instinct because it did come out. Anyway, I don't like the new NY Lottery web-site, it has idiotic graphics now, like the Sweet Millions numbers coming out of hatched eggs, it is so lame, I want to see lists, not wait for numbers to come out of hatched eggs. I think whoever revamped the site has scrambled eggs for brains. I wrote to them to ask what happened to

What's with NY Sweet Million??
I was on the NY Lottery web-site tonight, and there is a list of remaining prizes on all the scratch-offs, it is printed every Monday. There is a new scratch off ticket called Loteria and it has 4 million dollar prizes unclaimed, other scratch-offs still have unclaimed prizes of a million or more. If anyone is interested in the list, just look at the NY lottery home page, the one which lists all winning lottery numbers and click on the Loteria ticket to the left of the winning numbers, when a m

Does hindsight have you frustrated?
I didn't know the Washington State Lotto was computerized. It doesn't say anything on their web-site. I will e-mail them to find out when they started computerized drawings. I always liked watching the traditional ball method when they showed it on television at 7:00, even if I wasn't playing. I have some free software that analyzes the Washington Lotto for frequency of numbers and you can specify date ranges. Maybe I will notice a difference from when the computerized drawings started. W
