I didn't read the OP correctly. I thought he said the numbers were 00 through 99 and he had to pick 2 numbers out of 100. I didn't realize he meant that 99 would be 2 numbers. That's different. I know that pick 3 in FL is 1 in 1,000 (straight) and the pick-4 is 1 in 10,000 (straight) At least that's what the FL web site says!

The only reason your message did not get posted is you included a link at the bottom to anothr web site. If you want to post a link to Quebec lottery results, just post a link to Lottery Post's Quebec results, and that won't get flagged as spam.

I Have a program that requires its histories for each State to be in Note Pad in a the following format YYYY-MM-DD AMorPM DRAW number.I can go to a Web site retreive 120 days worth of history for the State I require,cut and paste them into notepad then I have to insert the AM or PM, move draw no's over for the correct spacing manually which takes a long time.Is there a program out there that I can get where I can paste the histories into,set up the correct format have it do the work and then I c

I found Giga 7.31 but is says it is a demo with limited functions visit the web site which is pretty messed up with the forum missing and registration going to a yahoo not found page, but no mention of price or how to get a fully working version. Let us know if you learn anything usefull. BobP

Thanks Todd!!! I've read his text for megamillions in the zip file and thought he only lists 20 past drawings. Didn't he say the videos of the past twenty drawings can be found on their web site. I'll go back and re-read it though.

With all the kidding aside , Sfilippo program ( a.k.a DUKE ) does work , you pick a method to play and they are on his web site....you spend $ 36.00 for 36 numbers ; not 220 or even 55.................... for Mid or Eve ( your choice ) and you hit a lot of boxes( not the cardboard ones ) and a few straights................I DID.
