The state wants to do audits, because some people cashed 50 or more tickets in a 42 month period? They're talking 17 people out of the entire state. It doesn't mean they are cashing $5,000 tickets each time. There are box wins that pay over $600. A $5.00 box win, 10 times in 3 1/2 years, there's your 50 tickets. With that bet your hitting 3 times a year. Not very frequent at all. Sounds like a big waste of time and money to investigate this.

13 People had the same complaint. I'm sure there were others it happened to that DIDN'T file a complaint. Where they were just told, we had a bug , and didn't like it, but accepted their excuse. Either way, it won't be good for their business when word gets around a lot more.

If there was a bug in the system, it should have been fixed after the first occurrence or complaint. But since over a dozen players have lodged similar complaints about them not wanting to pay up, I tend to think they just don't want to pay up.
