That's definitely a 3 by itself. Look at the other numbers and see how close they are to each other. There's too big of a space between the 3 and the smudge for another number to be there. He got gypped.

If they go to $5 a ticket, does that mean it will now be $6 or $7 if you want the megaplier? I think that will hurt sales a lot. They do need to reduce the matrix to make it easier so there can be more winners. Everybody says they want bigger jackpots or, I won't play till it reaches 500 mill. But if someone was winning 100 mill every 3rd or 4th drawing I don't know anyone that would turn it down if they won it.

I would think not. They were all less than $600. He just cashed them all at once at the office, got a check, and saved himself a gazillion trips to the store. That's better than walking into the local bank with a $132K in cash and saying, I want to make a deposit. At the least it would avoid a lot of questions. Or imagine if he had that much cash, and was on the way to the bank and got pulled over for a traffic ticket, and then had it confiscated.

There are videos on you tube showing the whole testing process. The security they have is incredible with cameras, wire tabs with serial numbers on the door locks, and separate badge scanners just to get into the room with the equipment. The cabinets with the balls are locked also. Then they weigh and drop test all the balls and have video tape of every thing that happens from start to finish. Do they really need all those pre/posts tests for each drawing too? No!!
