Besides other funding methods for those gambling sites, it would help if the in-between funding sites and the sites themselves would take customers from Mexico and Canada as those countries are so close to the U.S.A. at least for those who live very close to the border and might be pro or semi-pro lottery gamblers, of course that might not be enough, better funding methods are a better solution if the gambling sites themselves do still accept US.

Greg is very right. The same applies to those who want to use a supercomputer for winning jackpot games, it will never give you the winning jackpot number of itself. Only a properly coded prediction program will , which probably won't happen as perhaps there is no programmer anywhere who knows how to make such a program.
