Lottery winner from UK claims £170m EuroMillions jackpot
The lucky winner of Tuesday's record 170 million (US$209 million / 190 million) EuroMillions jackpot draw has come forward, the UK National Lottery has said.
Camelot, the operator of the United Kingdom National Lottery, had previously confirmed the winning ticket, worth an incredible 170,221,000, was bought somewhere in the UK.
Exactly where the ticket was purchased or whether the winner is an individual or a lottery pool will not be revealed unless the ticket-holder decides to go public.

After 20 years of playing the same lottery numbers, Delaware man wins $25,000 a year for life
Ever since he won $500 in the lottery 20 years ago, one 65-year-old New Castle, Delaware, man has been playing the same numbers over and over, hoping they'd pay off again.
On Sept. 9, they finally did, winning him $25,000 per year for life in the Lucky for Life drawing.

NC man glad he didn't throw away losing scratch-off lottery tickets
A North Carolina man was about to throw three scratch-off lottery tickets away after none of them won much.
Then he saw the second-chance heading on the Colossal Cash tickets, according to a lottery news release on Thursday.
Until I read that, I didn't even know there were second-chance drawings, Derrick Suber of Charlotte told NC Education Lottery officials.

A Connecticut man just won a $100,000 lottery, barely a year after winning the same jackpot.
Bruce Rosa won the top prize in the Connecticut Cash 5 on July 5. He previously won $100,000 prize in the same lottery on April 27, 2018.

Wisconsin bill allowing anonymity for lottery winners heading to committee
A bill that would allow lottery winners to remain anonymous in Wisconsin will go before a State Assembly committee next week.
