$1.75 million Hot Lotto ticket purchased in West Virginia
The winning ticket for Saturday's $1.75 million Hot Lotto jackpot was purchased at a Kanawha County convenience store, according to West Virginia lottery officials.The ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven on Second Avenue in South Charleston, lottery spokeswoman Nancy Bulla said Sunday.
