The classic Lotto game is now Colorado Lotto+ On Sunday, the Colorado Lottery's 30 year-old Lotto game was replaced with the new-and-improved Colorado Lotto+. All 3,200 of the Lottery's retailer partners launched Colorado Lotto+ on September 22. The new game increased the cost to $2 per ticket, and has better odds of winning and more ways to win.
