A 33-year-old Beaverton, Oregon, waitress was sentenced to four years in prison today for robbing a lottery outlet and hitting the clerk over the head with a whiskey bottle. Angela Marie Kotoff pleaded guilty to second-degree robbery. Atlantic Lottery adds new ticket security measures
