A grand jury indicted Dorice Donegan Dee Dee Moore on Thursday on a charge of first-degree murder in the death and disappearance of Florida Lottery winner Abraham Shakespeare. Police say a 22-year-old Winter Haven man walked into a Circle K last week and stole $70 worth of Florida Scratch-Off tickets then returned to the same store to cash a winning $50 ticket.
