Kentucky Lottery adds new Keno game feature
Keno is Kentucky's 2nd-most popular draw game
Kentucky Lottery players now have a new way to win even more prizes in the popular game Keno, as the new Bulls-Eye feature is now available.
Players can choose to add the Bulls-Eye to their base Keno wager for a chance to win additional prizes. Adding Bulls-Eye will double the cost of the base Keno wager. For example, if a player wagers $5 on their base Keno game, adding Bulls-Eye will cost an additional $5.

UK National Lottery to increase Lotto game prizes
Raffle side game will be dropped
United Kingdom National Lottery operator Camelot has announced it will be increasing the prize amounts for its Lotto game.
From November, players who match five or more balls plus the bonus ball will win a fixed 1 million (US$1.28 million).
Five balls will win at least 1,750 and four 140, both increases from their current estimated values, and three balls will net 30, up from 25 now.
This is up from an estimated 50,000 which is currently based on sale

California Lottery cancels sales meeting in aftermath of rowdy party photos
The California Lottery is postponing a planned sales conference in the wake of an anonymous employee's recent complaint to Gov. Jerry Brown about senior leaders behaving inappropriately at a Southern California bar two years ago.
The department on Tuesday announced that it's delaying the conference while it retools some of the training it intended to offer to focus on human resources and nondiscrimination policies.
The conference was expected to take place next week in Sacramento.

South Carolina Lottery says no prize for 71,000 'winning' tickets
The South Carolina Education Lottery says players who thought they won $500 from a December 2017 game, will not receive their winnings.
Lottery officials announced in a press release Wednesday that anyone who purchased a Holiday Cash Add A Play ticket on December 25, 2017 between 5:51 p.m. until the close of the game at 7:53 p.m. that depicted nine tree symbols will receive a refund for the ticket. Those ticket holders will not receive the winnings because officials say the tickets were erron

Iowa Lottery CEO announces retirement
Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich announced Thursday that he intends to retire in late 2018 or early 2019. Rich has led the Iowa Lottery since February 2009 and is just the second person to serve as its CEO since the lottery's start in 1985.

Texas Lottery sets new $5.077 billion sales record
Nets $1.313 billion for Texas public schools and $16.2 million for Texas veterans
