A suburban Kansas City man won $2.5 million in last Saturday's Missouri Lotto game.John Towell, 49, of Blue Springs, stopped and bought one lottery ticket Sept. 27 on his way from the Pepsi Plant in Olathe, Kan. to the Royals game, where he was scheduled to work. A refrigeration service technician for Pepsi, Towell said in a statement that he plans to keep his job, but scale back on the hours worked.
