I wouldn't be contacting them to find out if they are scaming peoples money. I'd like to know the percentages of people playing pick 4 games is all. If only 10% of the population is playing pick 4 games then. It stands to reason why they don't have a lot of winners every day, because not enough people are playing the game in the first place. 10% of people playing couldn't cover all the pick 4 combinations once unless each one played a different number in succession from 0000 to 9999 let alone 5/10/15 times? There might only be 5000 die hard pick 4 players and even less casual pick 4 players. If in fact their are that many. Since they are being accused of all the lottery tampering. People just might not be playing as much as they used to. Without knowing the facts it's only speculation as to what's going on there.
