This is from PA website

What kind of machines are used for the mid-day drawings?

 Answer
The Pennsylvania Lottery uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to randomly select the numbers for the mid-day drawings of The Daily Number and Big 4. A Random Number Generator consists of highly secure computerized systems that generate numbers in a random manner.

Random Number Generators have been used with the utmost confidence and security by lotteries for many years. The Pennsylvania Lottery first used an RNG for the "Hearts and Diamonds" game in the mid-1990's and has used RNGs over the years to conduct many of the second-chance drawings it offers. A number of other lotteries, both in the United States and internationally, utilize RNGs for the selection of their winning numbers.

          LOTTOMIKE,

After all your complaining about lotteries using computers to select numbers, you ask a question like this!   I suspect you do not understand the process of selecting lottery numbers using a computer.

"Computerized and RNG" is the same process.

          Good luck,
          Jake
