Connecticut Lotto, in several forms, has been a 6/44 game since 1989.

If they haven't changed it in 15 years, why would they change it now?

A lot has changed lottery-wise since 1989. Connecticut didn't join MUSL until 1995. Jackpots increase by only 100k-200k at lower levels.

I know it's a slow 100k crawl on the first 25 rollovers....now it's at about 200k.  But what could be done to change that?  I thought the population of CT relegates it to a smaller jackpot win?

I've said before Connecticut "should" try Hot Lotto.

You forgot "never", and that's my guess. That's why they call it Classic Lotto.

                Jimmy:

Then why does Maryland also have a "Classic" Lotto?

"Change in matrix" includes the possibility of a price increase.

And cash-option wise, CT Classic Lotto is worth more than Powerball. Not much more, but still more.

And does anyone know what kind of machine they use for Classic Lotto?
