  If you want an answer like The Drawmaster 2000, then I don't know that answer.
  
  
  
  44 balls drop into the 'mixing chamber' (cube) via several (4-5?) tubes. The numbers are now drawn when the M.C. pulls open the latch on each of the six escape tubes and the balls are held at the top though the M.C. twists the ball into a prime viewing angle for the forward cameras. One has a close-up on the escape tubes and the other begins with a view of the M.C. and the machine, which then closes to closer shot of the machine and the middle of the M.C.

  That must be the Emerald by Smartplay (originally Bietel). I remember fondly that's exactly the way Florida Lotto was drawn back in the 6/49 once-a-week era. Good times.
